In-house IT-Development

For more than 15 years, we have been developing our own internal IT solution to manage our client relationships, i.e. handle your policies and claims and conduct extensive analyses using a tailor-made management information system.

Our departments include IT Development, which builds applications for both internal teams and clients; Revenue Management, responsible for managing client policies and claims; IT Support, providing technical assistance across the Group; and Support Roles such as Marketing, HR, and Legal, which support the Holding Board in Vienna.

Most important for us is to be able to react quickly and individually to the demands from our clients. This is ensured by a team of over 70 highly qualified and multilingual employees, who is active in the development of our online solution as well as in the areas of infrastructure and security.

The experience and know-how we have gained over the time has also contributed to the development of progressive online solutions for our clients for about 10 years. In order to provide you with 24/7 global, transparent and individual information, we have expanded our core application and born GrECo Online Services.

Our latest version of GrECo Online Services has now been enhanced with Microsoft Power BI. With this Business Intelligence tool you can visualize your risk and insurance data interactively and create your own reports and dashboards.

GrECo Tech Hub has also been at the forefront of artificial intelligence, collaborating closely with Microsoft on their pilot Copilot program, machine learning, and much more.

A further advantage of an in-house development is the freedom to decide on the storage and security of data. Your data will be stored in the ISO/IEC-27001 certified Microsoft Cloud Azure in the EU – without further buffering.
